Personally I deeply admire anyone who takes the step and enters Raw comedy, mainly because I would loooove to do stand up but get serious stage fright (and I'm not funny either). write key words (like the next topic you talk about, eg sex) on your hand (on your palm, not in an obvious place) and just take a glance every now and then.
