I watched the Gala on the tube mainly because I needed my Lano & Woodley fix (a lot of you would've seen the tape routine before, but I haven't so it was all fresh to me), but I taped some of the other acts as well. My least favourite was Daniel Kitson...It wasn't so much the humour that turned me off as the delivery. Screw-ups are excusable but I just couldn't appreciate his style.
Loved The Schneedles. I'm a sucker for that sort of comedy.
Does Wil Anderson always seem as though he's just snorted something? I've never seen him apart from his GNW appearances so I wouldn't have a clue.
Love Fiona but feel as though she wasn't at her best in the Gala. |
