classic quote there R&R, yup saw their live show at comfest and was most impressed, especially considering Franks present physical condition

“A fella, on the telly the other week, was saying, ‘you’ve only got so many ‘eartbeats in a lifetime’. So we shouldn’t waste em should we. We shouldn’t be all running around, lifting weights and that.” Karl Pilkington on Health

I saw their show BRUISER a while ago and it was AMAZING!!! My mate went and saw their new show recently and I am so jealous. I hope they tour with it later.

Lano

Colin Lane is awesome - I did some extra work on Jmieoin's movie The Extra (out next Easter) and was put with Colin in the final scene, so we got to caht a little bit. He's got some serious power! Very very honest, no mincing or superficiality (is that a word?), very professional. Also very sensitive - he had to push me out of the way in the scene and every time he'd always check to make sure he didn't hurt me

it would either be

unleashing the power of the primal warrior

or the star search song

lalalala la lalala

although penguin man is pretty cool

Drunk Midget to even Drunker Chick - Have you ever had anyone go up on you before?

Son: Is there anything we can do to get Buffy back?
Mom: Well, we could join together in prayer.
Son: Uh huh. Is there anything useful we can do?
Mom: No.

How about the soldier in the jungle in Mother?? Actually Mother has one golden gag after the other... and what about their inspired re-enaction of the Easter story? Or Mr Papanicolo is dead (I'm not dead you idiots... he's in denial, thats what happens when people die)?? Ah, love em. Any Melbourne natives catch Colin in a musical about relationships at Chapel off Chapel last year?

Where am I going? And why am I in this handbasket?

hard to pick a favourite moment - i used to watch the eps all the time and i haven't watched them in aaaaaages.
the thing I quote the most would have to be about the ziffer in the audience at the movies in 'game show god'
'what's a ziffer?'
'one of those people that sits behind you in the cinema and goes awww zif!'

otherwise -
'I wiiishhh thattt haaadn't haaappened..'

I dunno.. there's shitloads that i love but I'm having mental blank.

the 'mr.papenickelo is dead' stuff is absolutely hilarious.
and when mr.mannix stabs col and he thinks it's fake... ahh..

I so need to go home and watch those eps all over again, it's been too long.

We watch them regularly at our house, maybe a little too regularly

How about Franks's Autumn Leaf book in Primal Warrior?
Col: i think we can all take a leaf out of Frank's book
Frank: *snatching it back* No! Its taken me years to collect those leaves - get your own leaves!!

But I'm missing a couple of eps The ziffer one is one of em...

Whaddabout the whole "Don't drop the wood!" bit in that Primal Warrior ep? That was hilarious.
Also, the easter egg thing, where Frank savours this little easter egg that Col gave him for easter by taking it out every so often to lick it a few times, before placing it nicely back in his pocket. He even used tweezers when it started getting really small. Phunny stuff!
