I'd like to say I think it's WRONG - WRONG ADAM SPENCER!!! You are trying to get down to an unrealistic weight you dickhead (that's with love btw). How dare they promote huge weight loss when there's no way I'll ever be a size 10 again ... The man's a born again exercise freak and he should just back off.

I think Adam shouldn't be focusing on losing weight, he should be focusing on muscle strength. Cause when he was filming FAQ he'd toned up a lot and it really suited him.
