forget good news week and singing the next lyric... once you've seen eddie perfect singing 'raindrops keep falling on my head', 'take on me' and 'wonderwall' with words from the bible that pales in comparison. it also makes this show totally worth watching. i missed the first half though, anyone else watching who can actually tell me the point of the show?

| MOSH Elite | see, this place has stuffed your mind already!!!!! i found it good. like with rockwiz i'm not allowed to watch it with other people as, like FR has illustrated, way too much crap music knowledge in my head and therefore must spout it at any given moment. i did like the show however a couple of things annoyed me. it was rather slow-paced and adam needs to read the autocue more naturally (u could see him leaning forward and squinting to follow the lines, also the jokes in his intro fell rather flat from the way he was reading it). i also didn't find the jokes that funny, which although i know isn't the point of the show, with people like adam and ross i would have expected a bit more. and i would rather see ross on the show then just writing it. should we take bets on how long before midgets make an appearance? it's like in dark crystal. the crystal that was GNW was broken and all the elements of satire evolved into the glasshouse and the parlour games moved to spicks and specks. | ||

He'll get better over the hopefully many weeks to come. The grimacing at the autocue was indeed painful. Something to work on Hillsy. I agree that last night the show was quite slow - they hardly got anything done in the time - but I suppose that's what happens in half hour slots. It's just not enough time to let 7 people shine. Not a bad start. Waiting for the team to cut loose. Not a bad Wednesday night's viewing.

Given it was only the first show, I guess it can only get better. One other thing it was a bit weird that they were all sitting at the same desk. Cause there are 2 teams, but they were all so close to each other. And the team captains were next to Adam. I'll have to get used to that. I thought the games were great, especially the singing the songs with different lyrics.
