yes, you did do the quootey thing correctly!!... well done!!

they never put the bubble o'bill one up on the jjj site unfortunately, but i'm not sure about whether it's available through something like kazaa...

i can put the lyrics up for you one day when i get around to it... it'll probably be sooner rather than later, cos i've got assignments due soon, and i like to procrastinate!!

speaking of which... i just finished my essay last night... i only started it last night as well!! one less thing to worry about!! :P

I deliberately chose subjects at uni that didn't have essays in them, and the one I couldn't avoid was a case study of 500 words which I wrote the morning before my tute.

Two exams to go... hey look, pretty flowers *wanders off*

But yay, thankyou if you puts the lyrics up. Very spiffy of you.

I deliberately chose subjects that didn't have exams, but then I'm only doing one subject this semester, and the 2000 essay is due on wednesday

Uni orals and Star Wars

I have Japanese orals at uni, and apparently when I do marketing next semester I have to do some then, as well.

Hehe, I cracked up when Tripod were given the Star Wars challenge. :p

Unfortunately, I now have to go out and find the book, which I dont particularly want to do...

finally finished all my assignments!!! YAY!!

so, in celebration... the first installment of the bubble o bill song for you...(by the way, i'm doing this off the top of my head, and i haven't listened to it for ages... so it may not be accurate...especially the spoken parts...)

gatesy(spoken): my name's gatesy... and i'm a sex addict... for years now i've been trying to cure myself.. having lots of sex was my first port of call, it didn't work... what i thought i needed to cure myself was strange americans... lucky for me, a seminar was being given by the strangest american of all... john edwards...

yon(singing as john edwards):
i'm picking up a vibe...
from this part of the crowd...
is someone here called john, or mike,
or phil or...
gatesy (spoken): i'm gatesy!!
yon(singing):
...gatesy!!

now gatesy just hold still,
and i will read your will,
i don't mean will as in the bit of paper
or the radio announcer...

all:
there's only one man who can help you now...
bubble o'bill, bubble o' bill...
but he's been dead for over 200 years...
bubble o'bill, bubble o'bill,
bubble o'bill, bubble o'bill...

TO BE CONTINUED... :P

oh, by the way, does anyone reckon they should have done part 2 of where has all the music gone this morning instead of surfers??

i wanna know if my guess as to who did it is right!!

wheeeeee! Found this on my study break. Now making up my own tune to go with the words.

*note, study break in question has lasted over forty minutes now, more like a study moratorium.
