Most of the people in here, weren't even born when he died

I was, but i haven't heard about a CD

[editted bit] okay....didnt realise he only died in 1995. Some were alive, but very young!

Just cause I was only 14 when he died doesn't mean I don't remember him :P

I loved Pete and Dud, we've got an old record and a script book and I liked them both even when I was too young to get half the jokes *G*

Don't know anything about a cd like that, but it might be worth trying www.petercook.net, http://www.stabbers.org/ or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Cook.

You're probably thinking of 'Why Bother?' the radio series he did with Chris Morris. It's excellent.

For four weeks out of every year, yes. During the comedy festival *g*

I only kind of live there for the month *G*

Just listened to "Why Bother" it's funny as hell. Cook's genius shines through, I don't think it's dated. Amazingly enough he made it only a year before his death.

I wish I could do something even close to that. Thaniks for telling me about it.
