Morris Iemma dumped today | The Daily Telegraph

Drunk Midget to even Drunker Chick - Have you ever had anyone go up on you before?

Son: Is there anything we can do to get Buffy back?
Mom: Well, we could join together in prayer.
Son: Uh huh. Is there anything useful we can do?
Mom: No.

I see they've already changed that headline. It's now "Morris Iemma resigns" instead.
NSW Labor has gone to hell in a handbasket in about a week, quite amazing.

And the new Premier is Nathan Rees. Nathan who? I couldn't pick him out in a line-up if my life depended on it. For some reason, I'm not confident he'll do a better job...

As a worker in the NSW Health System, I hope he takes Reba Meagher with him. She has sucked the life out of the Health System. She has little respect by many in the hospital I work in (one of the largest in Sydney), she's shocking!!

As someone who works for one of the state-owned electricity companies, can I just say woohoo! Clearly, he's as popular as his electricity privatisation plans right now.

Fingers crossed they dump the sale idea altogether now that he's gone.

Not seen anything about Reba Meagher. Carmel Tebbutt was dumped as Education Minister by Iemma, apparently, but she'll be looking to get that back again now Iemma's gone.

And ditto on not having any idea who Nathan Rees is, awaywithfairies. It's not so surprising, what with him only having been in parliament a year.
SMH has a bit of a writeup about him here.
But being backed by Eddie Obeid and Joe Tripodi is probably more telling.

Next NSW election is going to suuuuuuuuuuck!

And now there is word on Reba Meagher - She's not going to try and keep her Health portfolio.

She's gone!!! On behalf of all public Health workers in NSW - good f***king riddance!!!

She had no idea what she was doing and just made things worse. The Health System is better off without her!
