Other Information:
Probably the most successful comedy trio Australia has produced. Subsequent acts such as Tripod have been compared to them, often to the outrage of fans of the newer acts. Some find the outrage amusing - some of the acts that get compared to DAAS would probably be stoked with 1/10th the success.
Due to the lewd nature of some of their performances, rumours about their sexuality abounded, and persist to this day.

I have been told they won adelaide fringe 86-89 and the edinburgh fringe 88-93 ??

I will check and confirm these ASAP

as with any other of there awards
