It's been suggested that with the updated forum there should also be a new logo. I think this suggestion may have some merit, even though I really like the current one.  ^^ That's the logo we're talking about. It appears at the top of every page on the forum and links you back out to the main page of the site. The current dimensions of this image are 209x70. So something sort of similar in size is what I would like to aim for. I wouldn't want to go above 250 pixels wide, or 80 high, so the top of the forum doesn't look weird. Would anyone like to take a crack at making a new logo? Guidelines: - MAXIMUM 250 pixels wide, MAXIMUM 80 pixels high. Minimum 70 pixels high. - JPG or GIF format. No animated GIFs. - Maximum filesize 20kb (smaller is better) Hints: - Put MOSH or "www.australiancomedy.net" in the image. Or both, if you can do it while keeping them legible! - Try to match the colour theme of the forum - greys, blues and whites. - Keep your original PSD/whatever file, so you can tweak things or send it to me if your one is chosen! - Simpler is often better. It's a small image and details will get lost easily. How to submit images: - Just attach them to a post in this thread! (Note: Filesize limit is 100k for JPG and 30k for GIF for attachments.)Winning entry will be chosen: - Myself and some other folks will pick out a couple of the better options and then it will be put to a vote.  (People saying, "Hey, I really like such-and-such a logo" in this thread will also be a determining factor.)And just like Good News Week - there are no prizes! Or at least not immediately. I love the style of wording on #1, but I prefer the mask on #2 #3 would be better if the curtain was red, but I understand Myth wants to stick to the board colours!!! | ||

Reputation: Reputation Power: 9 | Assuming unfrufru has the original file, changing the background to red, should the board change colour to red, ought to be trivial anyway. I still prefer the first one and it ought to be easier to move "MOSH" up and put "www.australiancomedy.net" under it? Or even AustralianComedy.net since the server will automatically add www. to it. | ||
