Reputation: Reputation Power: 2 | I thought this was too good to be true, so I'd thought I'd go to one of the sources. I wrote to Richard Fidler and asked him if it was true. I also asked if it was the DAAS videos (Dead and Alive/Live At The National). I also asked if he would have Tim and Paul on his show when it was released. This was his reply!! Hi Kim Yes it's true and it's in production at the moment. At the moment it's just our Big Gig appearances, but more might follow if that one does well. I think it would be too weird to have those two on my show. In one of the questions, Paul is asked this: Will you ever bring back DAAS Kapital? It was fantastic! Darren Paul's answer: Thanks, Darren, it's always a joy to hear from a connoisseur of great forgotten Australian comedy. DAAS Kapital may never again grace our shores, but the Doug Anthony Allstars are in talks to release the grotesque back-catalogue of our material on DVD. Yay!! DAAS Kapital too!!  If you can't go out and buy TV Week (it's still on sale) and if you want me to type the rest of the questions and answers on here, just let me know and I will. I just didn't have time now! | ||
