It would be great but because Paul is an intensley private person I don't think somehow it would happen.....

Good Idea though.....

So Paul if you are reading this: Do it!!

*laughs*

Pretty short appearance, and they weren't even in the studio to molest Bazza in person, but it wasn't bad. And I've been enjoying the life history of Barry Crocker *G* He's been a busy boy!

Amused by how little it takes for Paul to slip back into that old character...

Sammy, it doesn't matter if Paul wants to do TIYL, that's the point, they spring it on you as a surprise *eg* Of course, you can probably back out when they turn up on your doorstep, but you can't ask them to do it.

I'd love it if they did an episode about Paul, cause everyone coming out and praising him and talking about his life would probably make him blush so much he self-combusted *eg*

I know. What I meant was if they come to his doorstep by surprise then I think he should do it.

Yes it would be great, but the question is would Mike Munro be game enough to try?

As for the blushing thing....I did make him blush once.....and yes he probably would self combust.....*laughs as mental image of a Mr Creaso type explosion happens* (Monty Python- Meaning of Life)

Not to mention his ego......

The real question is, would the boring mum-and-dad types who watch this show give a rat's arse about Paul?

I'd like to see Paul on the show purely so the ABC could charge ridiculous prices for the usage of its footage by Channel Nine.

And Sammy, you mean Mr. Creosote? :p

Yup, that's the one. The sketch that was universally rejected by the Pythons, then brought back to life by John Cleese once he realised that the waiter was the best part of the sketch.

I know too much random shit.

The obvious problem being that the waiter, whilst being the best part of the sketch, was also the only part that was any good whatsoever. That's one of the most painfully crappy skits they ever did.

Ooh, harsh.

Aww, Paul should go with it. Just so we can watch him squirm.

So, anyone got the contacts with Ch9 to set it up? *G* (as if)

I really don't find projectile vomiting to be funny. The other diners were amusing though.

My mum likes the show too and I've often thought that a show on Paul would be really interesting. I mean he's done so many different things and there is a long list of people they could bring in to embarass the hel out of him. It'd be funny too and with singing. Any money they'd end it with him and Tim and Rich singing 'Throw Your Arms Around Me'. I've thought of contacted Ch9 to suggest it but I don't know how to go about it. Any ideas?

Yeah. Don't.

The only way it would happen would be if they showed the five minutes of Paul yelling at Mike Munroe and Channel 9 for invading his privacy.

Which is not to say I wouldn't like seeing something on his career. Just leave the private stuff out of it. It's his business.

'Completely gone.' - Paul.

Yes. Agree.

After all he is a man who likes to keep his private life, private.

On the other hand, it also asks the question: Where do they get their information from?

It's not like the majority of the stuff on the show is not already known.

Besides, the ABC would make a mint giving Channel 9 all that quality Paul footage.

SS.

After thought: Paul did say over the next few years he will be more open....
