They were on for at least an hour.
seeing as though they did around 2 hours every other night, that's not really that bad... well, cept for the people who paid to see him that night...
I didn't feel ripped off. They didn't do the whole 90 minutes but it was somewhere between 60-90. That was also the night Paul proved he was a man.

as for the first one, yes i was one of the suckers that was sucked in hook line and sinker, i wanted to jump onstage and beat him till he could be beaten no more
as for the second, that was fucking poetry! heehee, they looked like they were having such a good time with it as well!
as for fun on the hi-fi stage, not sure if its already been mentioned but not only the fabulous scott brennan wham shorts, but also the brief moony he decided to show to us all....

I know Scod and Gatesy singing Footloose with the Superband has been mentioned, but I want to make a special mention of Gerard McCulloch's fine rendition of 'Take on me' by A-ha. That was fucking ACE! And Lee Mack doing 'A Little Less Conversation'. It's always nice to see an international get up and rock out with the band - even when they're as drunk as Mr Mack was!

That's so sad. It was an ace night of comedy - probably one of the best Festival Club nights - if not the best! (and I'm not saying this to make you feel bad or anything for missing it, I'm just saying it cos it was!!)
