The Great Debate

From the festival website:

'The Great Debate

The biggest battle of the Comedy Festival is on this Sunday. Our all star debaters will fight it out at the Melbourne Town Hall. This year's topic is Truth maybe right, but lies are more useful
Our comedy superstar debaters include Chris Addison, Dave Gorman, Cal Wilson, Meshel Laurie, Adam Hills & Rebecca De Unamuno.
5pm Sun 4 April, Melbourne Town Hall. BOOK NOW!'

I've heard a rumour that it won't be televised this year - does anybody know about this?

Son: Is there anything we can do to get Buffy back?
Mom: Well, we could join together in prayer.
Son: Uh huh. Is there anything useful we can do?
Mom: No.

I'm wondering if it's cause Ted has been selling them to 10 - and since he doesn't have anything on 10 anymore... tho why ten has been replaying all the GNW material - previous debates etc if they weren't wanting future debates - anyway it's only a rumour from a performer - whether it's true or not is the question.

its entirely possible, I heard that there were no cameras or TV trucks or anything at the debate.

That means we'll never get to see the goodness that is Adam Hills botty on the telly

Cam - where do you even keep a cunt once you've cut it out?
Mick - on a piano stool.
