Ok you may be thinking that I'm getting ahead of myself, but stay with me. The Commonwealth Games are being held in Melbs that year, on the 15-26 March. Does anyone think its possible that comfest will be pushed back to accomodate the games?  If so I knew I didn't like big sporting events for a reason | ||

Reputation: Reputation Power: 4 | The chances are its probably gonna start straight after the Games. That way they might get some of the left over holiday makers. I'm gonna come down for both the Games and the fest though, so should be an exciting year. | ||

Reputation: Reputation Power: 6 | surely the dates wouldn't be pushed forward considering the usual time for festivus is at the end of march, (just after the games are due to finish) they would have to bring the festival forward at least a month, say, have it over february, which is not clever at all, because the city of melbourne would be extremely busy ironing out the bugs in the infrastructure. It would make much more sense to push it back 2 weeks or maybe even a month. (plus after the games would give the comedians, so much more material to talk about :p ) | ||
