Tomorrow's must-see festival event isn't a show, or even an official event...it's a showdown between two men, due to take place tomorrow night after Festival Club, in the HiFi...

holy shit.... that will be freakin hilarious.... and argh. dave (you know which one) better win cos I don't want to have to refer to him as fuckhead mcginty. whereas the secret agent guy I don't often talk about so it wouldn't phase me too much.

Given that the Hell's Angels weren't attempting to make money out of recording the show, the penalty they'd receive would be insignificant, if any, compared to the penalty the comedian would be facing for infringing the Hell's Angels copyright and attempting to profit from it.
Given that the comedian was in the wrong in the first place for using a copyright/trademark, it's unlikely they'd win in any attempt to legally go after the bikies for taping their show...

Yeah that may be true but what Hells Angel would go near a court house if they didn't have to ie: outstanding warrants and infringements. Anyway it just goes to show you what a humorless jock ich ridden bunch they are!
