I saw her last year. SO funny, and really nice when we spoke to her briefly after the show as well.
She was just as good at Stagetime this year.

I would recommend, Wild Duck they are fantastic really surreal and bizarre, great stuff never seen anything like it, also Late night Birdmann and "this is oliver clarke" great man, Birdmann is a genius and oliver clarke is like a young steve martin hes so funny. Laurence leung and Andrew mcellands show "not so secret society" will be tight I think , there both great.

Show plug

Hello...

I should promote the show I've been working with.

"The Vinyl Countdown"

http://www.comedyfestival.com.au/sea...age=20&region=

They're better than they sound. I'm trying to avoid hyperbole here... So, if you get a chance - come along and support some young locals. Or if you like your comedy and your Rock n' Roll mixed in together, then please, by all means, pop by.

In fact, the first person to PM me can have a free double pass on the night of their choice (as long as they talk it up to all and sundry).

Thanks.

(P.S. Andy and Lawrence's show is excellent, and also think about Christina Adams' show "To Miss With Love" - it was a pleasant surprise)

Hmm, you can't receive PMs right now, possibly because your inbox is full of responses.

Forget it Ming, Dale's with me!

I'd have to say Josh Earl will be great - I've only seen him once, but he has excellent songs and stage presence. very cool.

I would also recommend Jason Byrne (though I haven't seen THIS show - so don't blame me if it's bad)

Damian Clarke is ALWAYS good fun.

hoorayyyy today's the dayyy

I'd like to second the Josh Earl nomination, and add that you should go early so you don't miss Sam and Tully.

And see The Bedroom Philosopher too.

I see a recurring theme here. Hmm.

Smile laughapalooza

the umbrella revolutions tens great, sits on a bit of a slant but theres heaps of good stuff on, I saw the wizard of oz there last night, a magician geezer from the uk who was pretty sharp, but I was a little drunk. The tents just like a spiegel tent away from the spiegel tent.
Also has anyone heard about Late night birdmann, I saw it the other night the mans a genius. Hes on at the kitten club. Also "this is oliver clark" he's great too.
But i think this year the place to be will definetly be Duckboard house on duckboard lane, great shows on there. Too much good stuff to go into. Its like the melbounre comics hub, with a real spectrum of different shows.

Drunk Midget to even Drunker Chick - Have you ever had anyone go up on you before?

Son: Is there anything we can do to get Buffy back?
Mom: Well, we could join together in prayer.
Son: Uh huh. Is there anything useful we can do?
Mom: No.
