Since it's a gift voucher, and someone has already given ticketmaster the money, there's no reason why they shouldn't let you use it on any and all comfest tickets sold through ticketmaster. If you had a discount voucher, I imagine they'd be within their rights to say you could only use it as a discount off a full priced ticket, but with the gift vouchers, they have the money, now they have to give you what's been paid for.
