I just believe Saddam is more capable of it than Bush... that's my view, you don't have to like it.

If the Afghanis were stupid enough to pick up odd looking cans after explosions have gone off then who's fault is it really? If it wasn't unexploded cluster bombs it would've been picking up land mines and playing frisbee.
