Badly Drawn Boy

Can anyone tell me what the name is of the song Badly Drawn Boy just performed on the Fat? It was the same one that got used in Queer as Folk recently, I think in the episode Brian's Dad died if that helps.

I haven't seen Queer as Folk so dunno if I can help..the only two songs by Badly Drawn Boy that I know are "Above You, Below Me" and "Something to Talk About"...I know they were in a movie try them!
It's a long shot I know..
