I WANT JACK DEE AS DOCTOR WHO! *grins*

I'm going to write him an e-mail and tell him to do it.

i missed about the last 4 episodes, and watched tonight and it was good! bit silly being about big brother, but i still liked it.

who's the american guy they've picked up? is he the same guy from the episode a couple weeks ago, where there was one single dalek who turned good after rose touched it, and then it finally killed itself? same guy? damn, i've missed too much.

Nope. He's Captain Jack from the future (51st century, I think). They picked him up in London during 1941.

I like Jack. I especially like how he's outrageously bi.
(We get to see a bit of bi action next ep.)

It doesn't say how big a part, but seeing as the guest stars seem to get a good run most of the time, I'd say he'll get a fair amount of screen time. Incidentally, Mr. Head also narrates a BBC radio documentary about the making of the Christopher Eccleston series. It's supposed to be released on CD for us Australian plebes sometime next month.
