| MOSH Elite | firstly yay for having a half aussie prince although i feel sorry for him cause in every interview i've seen of the parents they are both as boring and plain as batshit. very little sparkle in those personalities. though i noticed this this morning and i'm not sure if its just me. when mary and fred brought the baby out did anyone else think it was a fake? it did not move or cry the entire press conference and even when she brought him through the crowd and they were all cheering, didn't even move, not even a yawn or slight change of facial expressions. next door has just had a baby about 2 weeks ago and it seems to scream at everything. cause its a baby. duh. or did they drug it to it wouldn't look like brat in front of the crowd? | ||
| Drunk Midget to even Drunker Chick - Have you ever had anyone go up on you before? Son: Is there anything we can do to get Buffy back? Mom: Well, we could join together in prayer. Son: Uh huh. Is there anything useful we can do? Mom: No. - Overheard In New York | |||

| MOSHer | It didn't even occur to me to think the baby could be fake. When it stayed motionless for so long, my first assumption was that they drugged the poor thing so that the media-event would go smoothly. Either way. | ||

| MOSH Veteran | Good on Australia's scientific community for trying to keep "Intelligent Design" out of science classrooms. If you want to believe in Intelligent Design, good for you; if you want to teach Intelligent Design as part of a religious education program, fair enough; just don't pretend that it's real science and teach it as such. | ||

| MOSH Addict | A really dopey thing to say, but for a good reason. Since when is cider a 'naturally occuring' beverage? | ||

| MOSH Addict | Yes, but you then have to do other processes to make cider. Fermentation just gives you rotten apples. | ||

Wikipedia: "Today in North America, cider is a nonalcoholic beverage; a subcategory of apple juice, traditionally made from early-harvest apples, which have a lower sugar content and are more acidic, thus cider has a more tart, tangy taste than apple juice. It is generally (though not always) unfiltered, giving it an opaque appearance from suspended solids. It is occasionally still sold unpasteurized, which is considered to have a better flavor, however, due to the possibility of salmonella and E. coli infection, most apple cider is pasteurized."
