You're right on the money Edward. You gals must be into it only for the Eye Candy, not the lyrics. It has got to be the most self indulgent stuff that should offend all female members of the human race! The typical song is as follows: "Oh! Woah is me. Why did that girl leave me? How can she live without me?" (The singer then proceeds to thrash about on the stage wailing. All males in the audience instantly want to kick the living shit out of the wuss.).
