has anyone tried out the itunes sotre yet? ive bought a card with credit on it to buy songs from itunes but it keeps telling me that the code im putting in isnt for the right country! does that mean i have the wrong version of itunes?

I bought things through iTunes just fine, yeah. Where did you buy the "card with credit on it"? It may need to be an actual proper card for it to work.

timtim: You've probably subscribed to the US section or the store. If you head into the 'music store' section on itune, right down the bottom of the main page is a drop down box where you can choose your country. Switch it to Australia and it should change the main page. From there, I think you can click the 'sign in' button right up the top in the right hand corner and it should ask you to register/sign in to the australian store. Then, once you're all signed up and in aussie land, you can redeem your itunes credit from the side bar on the left hand side. (Let me know if this isn't your problem, and I'll try and sort it out for you)

Mythicus: Dude, you can buy itunes 'credit' cards from places like Kmart, Coles and safeway - probably places like JB HiFi and Sanity too. I think they work pretty much just like mobile phone credit vouchers, cept they actually look like a little card. How sweet.

Yes, I know about them. I thought he meant the "credit cards" you can buy with a preset limit on them.
