Some of them didn't know they were going to be in a zombie march when they got dressed that morning. We recruited a few people along the way: some emo kids & baby goths at the Flinders St station steps who hadn't even heard of the zombie march borrowed some spare fake blood, splashed some on and joined in.

The bride? We had a lot of zombie brides.

My Photos are here:

Zombie Shuffle

Unfortunately, my lady friend didn't take any of me, and all the photos of me in other peoples' sets look crappy.

Good Times. Good Times.

Grrr... item 794 in lily vs. craptastic timing - I was so amped for this, and then on Saturday morning the pikelet was too sick to go. I feel especially bad for her, she was so excited about it; had a costume all sorted, had been practising her lurch, had even been painting her favourite doll with liquid latex... and how totally awesome are zombie kids?! Boo hoo. But other people's pictures look ace - bastards.

Yes Dave mentioned on the radio he wants a shuffle twice a year & co-ordinated nationally. He sure has some mighty grand plans for it!

Congrats to GM for getting his face in today's issue of Beat (in all his zombified Com Games Smurf glory). The journo (John Bailey) & his extremely unorganized friends managed to miss the whole thing and got to Crown when only 40 or so zombies were still milling around, but he still managed to write several hundred words about it!

And the Zombie Shuffle has been mentioned a couple of times this past week by Tony Martin on Triple M. Apparently one of the people who works on the show went to it.

Aww, she would be the cutest zombie ever. Next year.

GM, you're a "showcase of creativity". You have that in writing now.

She would! With even a zombie-fied doll! Callan was on the rajio this morning and mentioned plans for a Global Shuffle in November or December, so we'll have to go then. Mmmm, summer zombies, all nice and stinky.
