I figured it was relevant in this forum considering past threads' subtopics on typing and spelling.

Hahaha, I had no problems reading that

Still, I think I'll stick to correct grammar, spelling and pronunciation for now

That's extremely freaky *g* One of those weird things that makes you think about the way your brain works and get slightly weirded out *G*

I can see that the letters are out of order, but I can still read what the words are meant to be as quickly as I'd read them if they were written normally. Explains why so many people don't notice letter-swap typoes, I guess.

Or, if you prefer...

Interestingly I'm studying this controversial phenomenon at the Department of Linguistics at Aberystwyth University and my extraordinary discoveries wholeheartedly contradict the publicised findings regarding the relative difficulty of instantly translating sentences. My researchers developed a convenient contraption at http://www.aardvarkbusiness.net/tool that demonstrates that the hypothesis uniquely warrants credibility if the assumption that the preponderance of your words is not extended is unquestionable. Apologies for adopting a contradictory viewpoint but, theoretically speaking, lengthening the words can manufacture an incongruous statement that is virtually incomprehensible.

It's easy when the word are short, cause there are less letters to rearrange. *realises she's just stated the obvious*

The trick seems to be in the positioning of the consonant,,,for example

Perdcitbal is much easier to read than Pitrdecbtal

what looks like just letters jumbled up randomly is probably a well worked out theory of vowel and consonant placement

ok, how wanky do *I* sound...
