anyone seen a copy of this yet. all i know about it is the below from sydney confidential so i've gotta know who made the list. i disagree with the kochy but bravo on the wil. HE'S won a swag of Logie awards and is widely recognised as one of Australia's best entertainers, but TV golden boy Rove McManus clearly doesn't do it for everyone. Not only is the pint-sized comedian omitted from Men's Style magazine's Funniest Men on Television list, he is described as "a national embarrassment". Ouch. "Variety at its vomitous nadir, Rove Live is big stars answering weak questions badly asked, strung together with charades, chintz and banal chickery," the scathing review reads. Confidential understands why David Koch and Wil Anderson are included on the unfunny list, but leave the little guy alone, we say.

| MOSH Elite | a little bit more mentioned in SMH That's no joke There are less interesting things than reading male grooming advice in a glossy magazine but, as Ian Campbell has demonstrated, most of them are confined to Parliament. Maybe that's why Men's Style has branched out of its traditional territory in its latest issue and offered some slaps in the face to what it considers to be Australia's least funny comedians. Advertisement AdvertisementAfter praising its favourite gagsters, the mag turns to Rove Live!, which is dismissed as "variety at its vomitous nadir ... a national embarrassment". ABC television's The Glass House is a "twee, holier-than-thou panel show designed to showcase egos and Wil Anderson's nail polish". Channel Ten's The Panel is compared to "the worst dinner party you ever suffered through". As for Seven's Sunrise, "David Koch behaves like a jester at the court of King Henry VIII - funny for a minute, grating for the most part, and destined for the axe." | ||

| MOSHer | The Office in America too. um... Richie Benaud. And it wasn't just Wil, they bagged the whole show. I can't remember the rest either. The article really isn't that fascinating. No one reads Men's Style anyway, I've never had anyone buy a copy of it in three years. | ||

...but we are not stupid pooeys, so let's rejoice... "I'm upstaging you baby... and they're loving it!" (Lano, to Woodley).

| MOSHer | I didn't mean that the magazine is shit, but just that no-one buys/reads it. So it being mentioned in the Tele makes me think this is their version of marketing. It is an ACP mag after all (PB-owned). | ||
